In general, content available on the CDC UP website is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. However, overarching Federal, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and CDC policies and guidelines apply to all CDC content, including that of the CDC UP, and may govern restrictions, acceptable usage, modification, and redistribution of such materials.
