Current NDC Table Access

The CDC National Center of Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) developed and maintains the tables below. The data in these tables are provided for use in health information systems. Table descriptions and formatting are described in the Technical Guidance document.

Note: Global Trade Identification Numbers (GTINs) are provided as a proxy indicator that the vaccine is 2D barcoded. We have recently learned that some of the GTINs in this table are inaccurate due to variations in the GTIN formats used by manufacturers. Specifically, some vaccine manufacturers are populating the first digit of the GTIN as a packaging level Indicator. Users are advised to use these GTIN values with caution until CDC can verify accuracy with the vaccine manufacturers.

NEW NDC11 to NDC10 Crosswalk Reference

The table below provides a crosswalk of all four formats possible for each NDC Code. The four formats provided are: NDC11 formatted with segment separation dashes; NDC 11 not formatted; NDC10 formatted with segment separation dashes; NDC10 not formatted. The file includes all unique active and inactive NDCs included in the CDC vaccine code set.
