The default HTML returns the standard results page. |

HTML no left menu returns the results without the left-hand navigation bar. |

Printer friendly HTML returns results that are most reasonable to print from your browser (top & left-hand navigation bars are omitted). |

Comma separated values prepares a results file for download to your PC; the results page lists the query parameters (without any estimates or rates displayed), download file name, and data notes. |

Select Display non-reportable results = Yes to display rows with non-reportable data (i.e., *****) in the output table; cases in non-reportable categories are still included in sub & grand totals. |
