Download Investigating an Outbreak:
Pharyngitis In Louisiana
CB3050

Please send us an e-mail and indicate how you plan to use this program.

Option 1 - Download and run on computer you are using. This option requires just over 5 Megabytes of disk space to download and install. Create a new directory (folder) on your computer (we recommend a directory (folder) named CB3050). Click here to download pharyngi.exe (1.8 Meg) to this new directory (folder). Run pharyngi.exe to extract the CBT program files onto the CB3050 directory (folder). You can then delete the pharyngi.exe file.

Option 2 - Download to floppies and run on other computer. This option requires 2 blank formatted high density 3.5 inch floppy disks. Click here to download pharyng1.exe (630 Kb) and here for pharyng2.exe (1.2 Meg), one to each floppy. Create a new directory (folder) (we recommend a directory (folder) named CB3050) on the computer you plan to use the CBT. Run pharyng1.exe to extract half the CBT program files. Run pharyng2.exe to extract the remaining files. You can then delete the pharyng1.exe and pharyng2.exe files.

Running the CBT. Your CB3050 directory (folder) should now contain 27 files. To run the CBT, run the start.bat file. The User Guide is available in the text file, guide.txt. An icon is available for this program in the icon file, pharyn.ico. Notes
  • Create your new directory (folder) before you download.
  • Be sure to put the file(s) into your new directory (folder) before you begin the extraction ("unpacking") process
Email us at PHTN to let us know what you think about this CBT. We hope you enjoy this PHTN product.
