The Public's Health and the Law in the 21st Century

The conference program is evolving daily and will feature three plenary sessions involving prominent leaders in domestic and global public health law and policy.

Program highlights include a special plenary session on lessons learned from Hurricane’s Katrina, Rita and other natural disasters, a plenary session on public health legal preparedness for pandemic influenza, a workshop symposium on due process in public health, a student poster session, and 25 concurrent sessions on current and rapidly evolving issues important to every public health practitioner, policy maker, and attorney.
