At the conclusion of the session, the participant will be able to accomplish the following:

1. For Hepatitis A, describe the disease, including the causative agents
2. For Hepatitis A, list the groups at highest risk
3. For Hepatitis A, identify those for whom routine immunization is recommended
4. For Hepatitis A, describe characteristics of the vaccine used to prevent the disease. (Characteristics may include schedule, contraindications and/or adverse reactions.)
5. Locate resources relevant to current immunization practice
6. Obtain, assess and apply patient information to determine the need for immunization
