Increasing the interval between doses of a multdose vaccine
does not diminish the effectiveness of the vaccine.

Decreasing the interval between doses of a multidose vaccine
may interfere with antibody response and production.

Recently, there have been more children adopted from other countries,
which may use different vaccines and schedules. In some cases
vaccinations are documented, but shot records may be inaccurate.
For example, the record may say that a child received MMR
(measles/mumps/rubella), when the child received only measles vaccine. To make sure the child is protected, the healthcare provider may recommend:
