Beginning in the third quarter of 2007, further efforts to identify self-reported provider facility type classified as "unknown"
resulted in decreases in the estimated percentage of children in "other" provider facility type, which is comprised
mostly of hospitals, military and unknown facilities, and increases in the estimated percentage of children in known provider facility type (e.g, public, private, and mixed).
‡ Children in the Q3/2007-Q2/2008 National Immunization Survey were born between July 2004 and January 2007.
