This database contains IIS guidance documents, references for IIS-related articles published in peer-reviewed journals, and Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Reports(MMWRs) from 1999 to the present. Links are provided for documents produced by the CDC. This database will be updated as new articles and guidance documents are published. You may search for references using one or more of the parameters listed below.

IIS Publications Searchable Database Definitions
Year(s): Enter 4-digit year. For multiple year searches, separate each year by a comma (e.g. 2001, 2003, 2007).
Author: Enter one author’s full or partial last name. The query will not recognize misspelling of full last name.
Medline ID: Enter the 8-digit Medline ID.
Journal: Select a journal from the drop-down menu OR select Other and enter the journal name. The drop down menu consists of the top seven journals that often publish IIS-related articles.
Keyword(s): The drop down menu consists of the top four keywords. Select a keyword from the drop-down menu OR select “other” and enter the other keyword or multiple keywords separated by a comma (e.g. completeness, coverage).
