Abstract
Farming may yet provide additional valuable insights into the factors contributing to increasing asthma around the world. Nevertheless, respiratory disease from farming remains a serious and largely preventable disease. New insights into the causes of obstructive airway disease among farmers may help in reducing the morbidity and mortality from respiratory disease among farmers and farm workers.
