Leadership Development Opportunities

EPHLI will be etched in my consciousness for the rest of my life. Having had the experience of having a manager who is an EPHLI graduate (David Overfield), I feel that I am now a part of a fraternity of talented professionals that will make significant contributions to the field of environmental health for years to come. I am exceptionally grateful to the vision of the CDC and particularly to John Sarisky for his leadership and foresight in making this opportunity a reality. I appreciate all of the speakers, especially those that were responsible for the MBTI and Skillscope 360 for the insights gained and the knowledge that I will continue to use for years to come. I am truly thankful for the mentorship of Matt Johnson and the fellows of Team Bithlo. I was pleasantly honored and surprised that when I presented my topic to our group that they would name it Team Bithlo. The level of elevation of a problem that one is working on is a true honor and a testament to the great team members of Team 3. Marianna Toma-Drane, Doug McVey and Dennis DiCintio will forever be my Cohorts. Special thanks to Dr. Lou Rowitz, Michael Goodman and Sarah Weiner for the coaching and just keeping me focused throughout this past year. I will always remember the principles learned from Systems Thinking and Action Learning. I will endeavor to utilize them in all of my future projects and plans.
