Leadership Development Opportunities
What an incredible opportunity to enhance my skills and abilities in public health. The information provided during the EPHLI sessions and intersessions has been practical and relevant. So often, we find ourselves in positions of management based upon our expertise in subject areas. Although there are many venues for enhancing our professional skills in those areas, there is seldom an opportunity to acquire truly compelling information about leadership itself. EPHLI has filled that void. My sincere appreciation to everyone involved in this wonderful experience; my administration for supporting my participation, the instructors and staff of EPHLI, my terrific mentor, Gary Carter, and the fellows of COHORT IV. I look forward to a sustained and rewarding association with you all.
