Leadership Development Opportunities
I could write an entire paper on how participation in EPHLI has benefited me both personally and professionally. The process encourages you to look inside of yourself and be open to an entirely different way of looking at the world around you. I have made some lifelong friends and enjoyed the opportunity to network with some extremely motivated and highly intelligent people. The EPHLI toolbox has already resulted in process improvements in my day to day work, and will continue to do so into the future.
Thanks to my mentor and team mates-- you were great to work with! I am certain that this project will affect some positive change at my local health department, and I look forward to carrying on with what I have learned as a fellow.
