Biography

James (Jim) Holt is currently the Assistant Manager of the Pollution Control Section. He has twenty years experience working as an environmental regulator including: positions in air pollution for advanced ambient air monitoring and air pollution permitting. His current duties focus on budgeting, management, and development of various environmental projects, which reduce air pollution.

Leadership Development Opportunities

The EPHLI project has strengthened my leadership skills. One major effect of this process has changed my perspective to examine my leadership strengths, focus on those strengths, and not be as concerned about my leadership weaknesses. I am in a continuing learning process to utilize my strengths, and am working to make those even stronger.
