Leadership Development Opportunities
The EPHLI experience has been challenging, rewarding and enriching. The field of environmental health never ceases to provide opportunity it learn and stretch the professional and the EPHLI program capitalizes on this. The systems thinking approach has been the most challenging aspect of the program in considering and searching for the base of the ice burg and not just drawing conclusions on the portion that rises above the water line. The opportunity to meet, interact and learn with so many dedicated professionals has had great rewards. And the Skillskope assessment and individual development tools have given me new perspective on my professional and personal capabilities and challenges.
