Project Management Community of Practice


The CDC UP Team has established a Project Management Community of Practice (PMCoP) with the following objectives:
  • Developing and sharing collective knowledge about project management
  • Facilitating professional networking among Project Mangers
  • Developing synergies across CDC projects and the CDC project management community to create innovative strategies for addressing project management challenges, solving problems, and dealing with emerging project management issues
  • Staying on the cutting edge of project management best practices and the CDC Unified Process
  • Providing input into the future evolution of CDC Unified Process development
  • Providing continued educational opportunities to the CDC project management community

Participation in the CDC PMCoP is open to all CDC employees and contractors. PMCoP Meetings are held monthly at 2500 Century Center room 1200 from 9:00AM - 10:30AM. If you have questions, please contact the CDC Unified Process Team. Certificates of Participation
