The Preparing a Dietary Analytic Dataset course guides users through building an analytic dietary dataset from locating variables of interest downloading dietary data files and documentation merging and appending component datasets into a single analytic dataset identifying missing data, skip patterns, and outliers and creating new variables formatting and labeling variables and saving a dataset in a permanent SAS library for future analyses.
